Te recomiendo encarecidamente el libro,
Pero si de verdad necesitas ese cambio en tu vida,
Piensa en quién quieres ser, y qué haría esa persona cada día para llegar a donde ha llegado,
Nada de locuras,
Nada de imitar a alguien sin sentir de verdad que está alineado con tus valores,
Y si de verdad no quieres ser una persona deportista,
Táchalo de tu lista,
Pero junto con el propósito,
tacha también las recriminaciones que te haces constantemente por no ser un deportista.
P.D. No es cuestión de cantidad, si no de calidad. No hay que convertirse en muchas personas a la vez, sólo en aquella que te haga ser quien en realidad quieres ser.
