Si no coges este tren, no vendrá otro.

Esta expresión la habrás oído en infinidad de ocasiones.

No sé quién se la inventaría, pero seguro que ha destrozado muchas vidas.

Oportunidades hay a patadas, te las encuentras en cualquier lugar, únicamente hay que estar atento y muy despierto.

Sólo las encuentras si de verdad las buscas. Si tu vida está bien como está, y no quieres viajar a ningún otro lugar, ni siquiera hace falta que bajes a la estación a esperar un tren.

Volvamos a tu caso, a ti que te gusta moverte.

Te ofrecen ascender a un puesto de responsabilidad.

Tú no lo tienes claro y lo comentas en casa, con tu pareja, o a tus amigos o tus padres y posiblemente todos te digan que es una gran oportunidad, que vas a ganar más dinero, que cosas a así ocurren pocas veces en la vida, que si esto que si lo otro….

¿Qué quieres realmente tú?

Sólo tú sabes qué se cuece dentro de la empresa,

sólo tú sabes qué compañero estará por debajo de ti y no te lo va a poner fácil,

sólo tú sabes las horas que vas a echar de más,

Sólo tú sabes que realmente no quieres ese puesto.

Y es que existe una gran mentira social, bueno hay muchas, pero sobre que hay que ascender es una de las más grandes.

Si de verdad quieres un cambio, hay muchos caminos para conseguirlos y muchos trenes que viajan a todos ellos.

Posiblemente el ascenso no está en tus planes, pero a lo mejor si estarías dispuesto a cambiar de departamento, desplazarte a otro país por un proyecto temporal o venga, más arriesgado aún, cambiar a otra empresa.

La única persona en el mundo que sabe lo que hay que hacer eres tú.

Si no lo sabes, si de verdad, te asaltan las dudas y te cuesta tomar una decisión, es posible que no te conozcas tanto como crees, pero eso se soluciona con una facilidad pasmosa. Eso sí, se llama tiempo y dinero.

Mi tren es una oportunidad más, si no lo coges, otros llegarán, pero nunca olvides que antes de cogerlo, tienes que haber decidido dónde quieres ir.
